Oh hello, my name is Kelly Cerón!
I am a Lao filmmaker and photographer, currently based in Madison/Milwaukee, WI. I currently work as a Media Specialist for the State of Wisconsin, and freelance for productions as a director, cinematographer, grip, production assistant, and gaffer. My current passions lie in being a mixed media artist; my personal films focus on claymation, animation, experimental narratives, and documentary. I love capturing the rawness of the human experience on camera, but as much as I love that, I also love the bizarre, odd, and avant-garde. I'm always searching for new and innovative ways to tell a story.
I have worked on all kinds of films, but my bread and butter is short films that highlight stories of first-generation Americans, immigrants, and WOC experiences.
